Capacity & Seating
The Assembly Room has a variety of layout options & can accommodate 200 guests for a standing cocktail reception, or 100 guests for a seated dining event at rectangle tables of 10 guests per table, with room for a small cocktail reception. Other seating arrangements and styles can be made with furniture rental charges applied.

Each event is unique and requires a slightly different layout. You can see some layouts which have worked well for previous events HERE

Audio
Premium sound system with Sonos connect and microphone (play your playlist from your phone/ipad. Includes a microphone. 

Furniture
10 - 8ft reclaimed wood farm tables, 8 cocktail cube tables, 10ft reclaimed wood bar, 100 Tuscan wood chairs

Security
Onsite security during event.

Event Concierge
Each package includes an event concierge who will work with you to create your layout, coordinate and communicate with vendors, and be onsite day-of to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Parking
FREE parking spaces for 75 cars. Additional parking is available.

Delivery, Access & Setup
Weekday events set up time can start at 1pm and events must begin after 5:30pm

Insurance
All renters and vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance 2 days prior to the event date.

Deposit
50% nonrefundable deposit is due to book the space with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event date. A refundable $1000 security deposit is required in the form of a check at booking.

Cancellation Policy
Events must be cancelled 5 business days prior to the event date. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable regardless of date of cancellation.
